Leaves in shades of reds, oranges, yellows, and browns carpet the shrine steps before her. No matter what she does she can't seem to clear them out enough. Frustrated, Rei slams the broom she was using into the side of the shrine and plops down on the steps. Crows caw lightly in the branches above her head, likely sensing the irritation radiating from their master; Not much these days has been able to boost her mood. The readings from the fire have made her rather uneasy lately, something is coming, something big and terribly unclear.
She smiles slightly as Phobos swoops down and perches on her shoulder, even more so when she nuzzles her beak against Reis cheek. Deimos caws out a warning from above alerting Rei to the arrival of someone new. A young man was sauntering by, his shoulder length blond hair blew lightly around his boyish heart shaped face. He was familiar to her but she couldn't place where she knew him from. He gave her a charming smile as he passed, one that stirred her memories even more but not enough to recall who he was. She watched his backside as he continued down the street and blushed brightly as Phobos lightly pecked her cheek to pull her attention away from the show.
Sighing loudly she raised her arm toward Deimos who flew right to her place and carried them both off toward the fire pit. They both flew off and perched on the roof of the shrine as she knelt before the flames for her meditations, she knew she was safe as long as her companions watched over her.

Michiru felt the waves roar and she felt the seas rushing though her veins. She panted worried about what it meant it felt wrong very wrong this has been happening for weeks. She wondered if perhaps Haruka felt anything in the wind but at the same time didn't want to worry her. She was away on a race and Michiru couldn't shake the feeling she had. She decided to take a trip to the shine to see Rei perhaps the other person who could see the future might shed some light on what the visions meant.

Phobos and Deimos alerted her to the presence of someone new. She often hated the deep meditations that made her vulnerable to what was going on outside of her trance, Rei hated being vulnerable.
She came around the corner and met the storming orbs of her companion Michiru. She looked frazzled and Rei immediately rushed to her side. Grabbing a hand she gave her a concerned look.
"You've been feeling it too haven't you Michi?"

Michiru took a breath, "every night yet my mirror shows nothing. I have no idea whats going to happen but it doesn't feel right does it? I thought maybe you could help shed light on whats going on?" She followed Rei, "Its bad whatever is on it way... its something I can't see and Haruka doesn't feel it on the wind... which is really odd. She normally can Rei-chan." Michiru added the endearment she liked Rei and felt closer since they got stuck on the planet together while fighting Nelhena.

"The great fire is giving me little information too. It's almost like a wall is surrounding me, cutting off all of my spiritual senses. It's uncomfortable and I am not quite sure how to take it." Rei hugged herself and glanced back at the fire. "Maybe we have become too dependent on our extra senses...all I know is I hate that I feel blind." She gave her companion a quizzical look. "What do you think it could possibly be...or mean?"

"I haven't any clue, its bad and the waters aren't showing me anything either. But the seas they rage! I was wondering if you had any other ways we could use for seeing?" She asked. "If anyone knew anything i knew it would be you."

She gave her companion a thoughtful look. "I have a couple more things I can try with the fire. Hopefully one of them will work...if not...we might have to ask Puu if she is able to give us any ideas that will lead us down the right path..." Rei shuddered a little as a breeze caught in her hair, tossing it around her face. "It's a long shot I'm sure...but it won't hurt to ask.."

"yes though getting information from her might prove to be useless as she is bounded by laws I know nothing of. I will try, show me what you will do with the fire and we will go from there." Michiru added, she wondered why her and Rei couldn't be closer friends since they were the only two in the group who really got visions. Haruka had them from time to time but they were vague and mostly it was be able to feel something wrong in the wind more then anything.
She followed Rei into the temple and sat down at the fire with her. She herself had never seen the priestess work so she was rather excited to be included.

Rei took a few deep breaths before standing up and heading to a small altar in the corner. She grabbed a goblet of water and a small bowl of ash. The ash itself has been saved from her workings over the years. It works as a type of grounding agent. The water helps balance the chakras. She kneeled before Michi and placed her items on the floor beside her.
"If you are staying I need to tune your presence to the great fire. Take a few deep breaths, close your eyes, and clear your mind."

Michiru did as she was told it was a totally different process from her own, fire being the total opposite of water. She hoped that she would be able to tune into the element so far from her own. "Okay," She smiled clearing her mind thinking of the fire. It reminded her of Uranus's world shaking a bit, there was a bit of fire when she first called up her power. She closed her eyes and focused on it.
